Our school is taking part in the National Internet of Things Survey!
Our school is one of over 200 schools from across the UK taking part. The results will provide valuable information to schools on the range of hardware such as laptops, tablets, consoles and smart phones being used by young people and children.
Once signed up, schools are sent a survey form that can be completed in each class during the Autumn term. Each class will be shown a number of devices and children will be asked to raise their hand if they use this device at home. No personal information
will be collected, only the number of devices used.
Once each class has carried out the survey, the numbers will be collated for each school with the national results published in time for Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 7th February 2017.
We will be carrying out the survey as part of our forthcoming Online Safety Day on Tuesday 22nd November 2016.
