Following the successful grant application to the Foyle foundation earlier this year, Heathfield Primary School were delighted to receive a large collection of books, made possible by the £7500 received. This grant, awarded in May, has now brought a new range of literature to the school's library, enriching the educational experience for students and families. The Foyle Foundation is a renowned independent grant-making trust that supports UK charities, including their Foyle School Library Scheme.
This scheme prioritises state-funded primary schools, providing substantial support for the purchase of physical library and reading books.
