I hope this letter finds you well. As the CEO of Prince Albert Community Trust, I am writing to inform you that I will be stepping down after an incredible 14 years of service. It has been an honour and a privilege to lead this outstanding organisation. It has always been my ambition to work internationally, and I have been given the opportunity to work in Dubai. After careful consideration, I have decided to embark on a new adventure with my family.
During my time at PACT, we have achieved great success together. We have improved the quality of education, expanded our extra-curricular activities, improved our school facilities, and opened a new secondary school for our students. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served such a dedicated and aspirational community, and I will look back with deep satisfaction of what the staff and community have achieved together.
As I prepare to leave, I am confident that the future of this organisation is in good hands. I have had the pleasure of working closely with my Deputy CEO, Phillipa Sherlock-Lewis, who has been an integral part of our success over the past 14 years. Her dedication, expertise, and leadership skills make her the perfect successor. I have no doubt that under her guidance, PACT will continue to thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of our students, staff, and the communities we serve.
At each school I made a promise to you, the parents and carers about the quality of education your children would receive because that is what they deserved. I am thankful to God that by his Grace we have been able to keep these promises. It has been the greatest privilege of my professional life to serve you as a head teacher and then as CEO. I want to thank you for your often unwavering trust and support over the years. I look forward to hearing about PACT going from strength to strength.
