The current situation in schools is extremely challenging and we appreciate all parental support in engaging with either self-isolation or COVID-19 testing where needed. Under DFE guidance, it is clear that children have a right to their education – in school or at home.
At Heathfield, we don’t want any of our children to miss out on learning unnecessarily. It is crucial that children are continuing to learn when they are unable to be in school due to Covid-19 related reasons.

Welcome back! It has been wonderful to see the children returning and this week as a school we have focused on wellbeing, rebuilding relationships and routines. We are aware that some of our children have had challenges to face over this lockdown and we are here to support them. In order to continue to support eligible parents and pupils with access to free school meals (FSM) during the February half term, Birmingham City Council have provided a one-off supermarket eVoucher for each eligible pupil in Reception to Year 6. Birmingham City Council have provided these voucher codes which can be redeemed online for a range of supermarkets.
